Registration Information
The registration fee includes attendance at the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions, course materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, box lunches, and the gala social event on Thursday evening.

Note: Take advantage of the early-bird registration rates! Full symposium registration will be reduced by 25% if you register before Fri., May 14, 2010, and use discount code EB245.

Refunds
Cancellations will be accepted through Fri., May 28, 2010, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refund of tuition for cancellations received after that date. HMP Communications must receive written notification of your intent to cancel before the cancellation deadline. Tuition will not be refunded for no-shows.

Note: Mount Sinai School of Medicine is located approximately 3 miles from the Marriott New York East Side. Attendees who are staying at this hotel will be provided with complimentary roundtrip transportation between the hotel and the hospital on Thurs., June 17, and Fri., June 18.  This complimentary shuttle service will run every hour between the hotel and Mount Sinai Hospital during conference hours.

Transportation
The New York Marriott East Side is located in midtown Manhattan. The hotel is 45 minutes from LaGuardia Airport and 60 minutes from John F. Kennedy International Airport. Taxi service is approximately $30 (one way) from LaGuardia Airport and approximately $45 (one way) from JFK International Airport.

Rental car services are available at both airports. Parking at the hotel is $35 for up to 12 hours and $60 for up to 24 hours with in-and-out privileges.
