One-Day Registration Rates
There are one-day registration rates available for both the Nurse / Technologist Symposium on Wednesday, June 13th and the Vascular Symposium on Friday, June 15th. The Nurse Technologist Symposium one-day rate is $75.00. The registration fee for the Vascular Symposium is $200.00 for physicians who are members of SCAI or ISIC. The one-day registration fee for physicians who are non-members of SCAI or ISIC is $300.00. A reduced registration fee of $100.00 is available for Residents, Nurses, Technicians and Mount Sinai Affiliates. The registration fee for Industry Personnel is $200.00.

Friday, May 11, 2012.
Refunds: Cancellations will be accepted through Friday, May 25, 2012 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refund of tuition for cancellations received after that date. The Post-Graduate School for Continuing Medical Education must receive written notification of your intent to cancel before the cancellation deadline. No refund of tuition will be given for no-shows.

Note: Mount Sinai School of Medicine is located approximately 3 miles from the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers. Attendees who are staying at this hotel will be provided with complimentary round-trip transportation between the hotel and the hospital on Thursday, June 14th and Friday, June 15th. There will also be a complimentary shuttle service running every half hour between the hotel and Mount Sinai Hospital.
